Happy Birthday
Sasuke's true feelings
(An OS about SasuNaru)
A boy with black hair is sitting on a roof in a big and quiet area. The sun is shining bright, but nobody is outside in the streets or somewhere else. No little children play in the gardens and laugh loud. No old grandmas go slowly down the streets or take a break at one of the benches. Just this one boy sits lonely on the big roof and looks in the blue sky.
A cry from a bird, which spread out his wings and flies into a near forest, takes him out of his thoughts. He stands up and climbs through a window into his kitchen. It is time for him to go to his training with his team. He wants to go to his front door, but his look stays at his calendar. There is one day mark with a red circle around it: 10th October. That’s today!
The black-haired wonders how he could forgotten this! He goes fast into his bedroom and takes a little green packet from his desk. With this packet and his equipment he goes to the meeting place from team 7.
He is the first, who arrive there. He leans at a tree and waits for the others.
After a few minutes a blond boy arrives. “Hello, Sasuke!”, he cries happily. A little, hid smile find his way into Sasuke’s face. Naruto’s mood was everyday the same: Happy and funny!
When Naruto stands next to Sasuke, an other person comes to them. Sakura, a girl with pink hair, comes also happily and with some flowers in her hand. “Hello Sasuke, hello Naruto”, she greets the two boys. “They are for you!”, she tells and gives Sasuke the bunch of flowers, but one of them gives she the blond-haired. “Happy Birthday, Naruto!”, she says. With the one flower Sakura also gives him a pink envelope. Sasuke had dropped the flowers, which are also pink, and watch now what the other do there.
Naruto is opening the letter and a big grin appears when he read him. “That’s a coupon for Ramen!!! Thanks, Sakura!” “No problem! I go now. Kakashi had said that the training fall out today. Bye!” And with these words she goes away. “Bye, Sakura!”, says Naruto and wave with his hand till she is disappear.
“… Naruto?” It was Sasuke, who mumble these words. The other guy turns around and looks to his team-mate. “Happy Birthday!” He throws his present to Naruto and the blond-haired catches it proficiently with a big grin. “Thanks!”
Naruto stops and looks at the little green present in his hands. “Er… Sasuke?” The Uchiha looks at him. “What is, Dobe?” Naruto is unsure, but he keep on talking: ”Do you want to come to my Birthday Party? At evening at my house. I would be happy!” He looks pleading to the other. “Hn… Maybe”, is Sasuke’s little answer. Then he is on one’s way. “I go home. Bye!”
“Bye!“, Naruto shouts afterwards. He really hopes that Sasuke will be there this evening.
Naruto opens the door, as he hearts the door bell rings.
“Hey, Sasuke! You’re really there!” Naruto is happy and let the black-haired come in. Sasuke just nods.
“Where are all the others?”, he asks.
“Er… I…I just invited you and no one else”, Naruto answers a little bit shy.
Sasuke wonders why the Uzumaki has done that, but he do not ask.
“Don’t we want to go into the living room and sit down?” Naruto asks and go into mentioned room. Sasuke follows him.
“You didn’t opened my present”, the Uchiha notes, after he is sitting on the couch.
“No, I don’t.”
“Why?”
“Well, I wanted to open it, when you are present.”
“Oh… Er… Okay. Then open it now!“
With swing Naruto jumps down from the couch and go to the window sill, where he has laid down the green present.
Carefully he shacks it and tries to hear what is inside. Then he unpacks it slowly.
“Wow! Sasuke! It’s wonderful!” The blond one pulls a necklace with a turquoise gemstone out of the packet.
“Wait. I help you to pull it on.” Sasuke stands up and go over to Naruto. He takes the necklace and closes it carefully behind Narutos neck.
“Thanks.” The Uzumaki turns around and looks straight into Sasukes deep black eyes.
For a while they just stand like this and do not say something.
“Why didn’t you invite someone else except me?” Sasuke is the one, who braek the silence.
“I…I don’t know. I just want to be alone… with you!” Naruto just whispersthe last words, but Sasuke understands them. He looks at Naruto, how he starrs through the window into the early gloaming. He do not know if it is because the sun or Naruto is a little bit blush. And he asserts that he likes that point of view.
“Why that?” Sasuke comes near to Naruto. “Do you want to tell me something important?”, he asks with a special implication.
Naruto get more blush. “NO!”, he waves aside, “Nothing! W-What do you mea-“, but Sasuke stopps his excuses, while he kisses him.
Naruto opens wide his eyes, but after a few seconds, he enjoys the kiss.
“But I must tell you something: I’m in love with you!”
Naruto looks unbelieving at Sasuke.
“And you are cute, when you are nervous”
Sasuke grins and Naruto grinned back.
“I never thought that you feel the same then I!” Naruto is happy and they kiss each other once more.
